Important: Our recurring lawn maintenance service area is intentionally limited so we can maintain efficient routes and provide consistent scheduled service. This limitation applies only to recurring lawn maintenance. We travel outside this maintenance area for larger installation and landscaping projects, including sod, drainage, planting, hardscaping, grading, and other project-based work.

What is included with lawn mowing service?

Standard mowing includes cutting the turf, trimming where needed, edging key areas when applicable, and cleaning up with a blow off so the property looks neat when we leave. If you have special requests like extra edge work or certain areas to avoid, we’ll note that on your service plan.

Do you offer weekly and every other week mowing?

Yes. Most lawns do best with weekly mowing during peak growing season, but every other week can work depending on grass type, shade, irrigation, and the look you want. We’ll recommend a schedule that keeps your lawn healthy and your property consistently presentable.

What happens if it rains on my service day?

If weather prevents mowing, we reschedule as soon as conditions allow. Our goal is to keep you on a consistent rotation so your lawn does not get overgrown and difficult to maintain.

Do you mow commercial properties and HOA areas?
